Tom arrived to my property on time, very professional and informative. We had no water running in the complex he replaced a valve and began taking out the old galvanized pipes as there was still no water running only to realize that was not the problem it was a different valve in which he replaced. Water is running great now. Price was pretty high but he did a good job in a very timely matter.

Upated: When informed about this issue, Dave Napier phoned to apologize. He said this is not the way they do business. Zach also called to say how sorry he was. We put this down to a learning opportunity for all concerned. Zach should have suggested that I contact the firm that installed the furnace to ask if remained under warranty (which, in fact, it did). To make things right, Dave arranged for a complimentary duct cleaning, a 536 value. I think this was honorable of him, and so have upgraded my review. Original review: Zach and Eric came over on Friday to do annual maintenance on my furnace and were very kind and charming as they told me the heat exchange was malfunctioning and putting out dangerous levels of CO2. What they DIDN'T tell me was that my existing furnace is probably still under warranty. Instead they signed me up to buy a new furnace from them to the tune of 5,000. I feel completely betrayed. I trusted Zach and Eric to be honest with me, but instead they tried to sell me a new furnace when the old one is still under warranty. Please see photo below. I'll be reporting this to the BBB. Thank heavens I asked for a second opinion from Pronto Heating and Air Conditioning. Robbie was able to confirm in minutes that my existing Bryant is still under warranty so necessary repairs will be covered. Further, he didn't charge me a dime for the second opinion.

The two other times I used this company the plumbers were very professional, knew exactly what to do, and had the right tools with them to get the job done quickly.
