Ridiculous high pricing which is not justified for the work done, i paid more than thousand dollars to swap a fire supression foam cylinder and still got red tagged in my restaurant. The reason for the red tag is obnoxious; so the system was compliant when it was out in the the 6 hose pipes need to be shortened 3-4 inches for it to be compliant; quote for that another thousand bucks ONLY.
Staff was super helpful and very professional!!! Would highly recommend their services.
I heard such wonderful things about this company but was personally surprised and very disappointed not only with the lack of response, response time but the professionalism from the staff as well.
