today was a awesome day at Petco in st paul. my son lost his fish last night . It broke his heart so i went in to replace him. I thought i was doing a good deed but my son wanted to go back and pick his own fish. The wonderful Michelle helped us out both times. She was the greatest. My son is so happy now he cried with joy.. Thank u so very much
I love Petco but the service here was not good. I was doing an Instacart order and for the life of me I couldn't find a particular cat food. I asked for help and the woman I asked said well I can see it from here. I told her I was there and I didn't see it rather than just take me over there she continued to say well I see it from here. Finally I asked would you mind taking me and she huffed and walked me over there. I did over look it but goodness she was so rude. In contrast I asked another employee there for help and she looked for the item showed me normally where it is and offered a replacement. Now let's fast forward to checking out I am waiting for a bit same rude woman was on a register ask the person behind me if they needed help. The person had no products I on the other hand had a full cart. Although I was working I have 4 dogs at home and spend a lot of money at petco and this woman's treatment of me has me looking at other options. Choose a different cleaner Petco. I have never had an issue until I visited this location
Great staff. I absolutely recommend for any one person with new animals or even some looking for a gift for a loved one to stop on by and speak with a member of thier wonderful staff. They really struck me as both knowledgeable and welcoming.
