Beware... of rude employees at this Company. I contacted this Company to correct the way that they did a slope determination on a subdivision of a lot that they did a couple years prior. The current Zoning Administrator said it was done incorrect and I'm trying to have the slope calculation redone per the City's Zoning Codes. The employee took over one week to get back to me, when time is of the essence, and the simple calculation that I ask him to do and was e-mailed to me, it was still done wrong per Zoning Code language and my scope of directions. When I told the employee that he did it wrong again, he acted upon himself to be Zoning Administrator, Judge and Jury. I never asked the employee to play Zoning Administor, Judge or Jury, just follow simple directions that the Customer, me, asked for. It would then be my responsblity to deal with the Zoning Administrator on how the slope was calculated. I had previously meet in person with the Zoning Administrator, and the Zoning Administrator told me to that I could resubmit another slope calculation, the way I explained to the employee to calculate the slope, is the same way the Zoning Administator told me to figure it out and put it on a survey. After four more unanswered e-mails, and another passing day, I had to call the employee which, did acknowledge recieveing my e-mails, but could careless about a returning a e-mail by a Customer, hung up on me after asking politely to follow direction laid out by the Customer. Very unprofessional. I did contact a different Surveying Company after the hang up, and with the same infomation, the different Surveyor will have something for me tomorrow.
