First time here but got very bad experience, the 2 older guys just sit behind counter doing their own thing ignoring me. Standing there for couple minutes not knowing if they are going to help me or not I walk out. Poor customer service

When I brought in my blower the woman behind the counter was very friendly but I was told it would be returned to me in 2 weeks but I had to call them after a month before they got around to fixing it. Also brought it in to be fixed under warranty and asked to be called before any repairs were made if it was not covered under the warranty but they did not call before making the repairs and charged me the full amount and when I had a problem with that they were very unhelpful and rude. Would not recommend, especially if you need your items repaired fast or care about customer service.

I called about getting my 10-year old chainsaw repaired and asked for a quote, and the tech I spoke to gave some great advice, even though he could have just told me to take it in to the shop and charged me for it. Five stars for the honesty and transparency.

HOME DEPOT DOES NOT SUPPORT THEIR Ridgid power tools. Their repair shop is stressed if they need to work. Skip at Reed's is the other extreme. Great and friendly service. Please give him an \addaboy\. The only place to buy or get it fixed.

I’ve just been to the front desk, and the side door; it already feels like home.
