Excellent dark chocolates! Excellent mixed chocolates and peanut brittle and seasonal candy too (chocolate Santa’s, chocolate hearts, and so on). I like being able to hand pick a pound or half pound of different nuts and caramel filled treats for my wife. Super friendly staff too. And they gift wrap your boxes. And you can order online.

The BEST Chocolate Candy-Maker in the Twin Cities! I have been a customer of Regina's Fine Candies for the last 30 years. My favourite is the Maple Cream filled both dark and milk. Sea salt caramel again dark and milk also favourites. I purchase the small white box which will be loaded with Sixteen tasty large treats, which you can select from many other flavours. And do not wait to get home to enjoy, a couple are downed within minutes! But must watch how much I do eat, they are decadently delicious! Or you can select boxed treats following a theme, Darks, Milks, Cream filled, with nuts, jelly and the Great 'Queen Regina' boxes as well. Their location is a little out-of-the-way for me BUT I am okay because the trip IS worth it. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood but easily found at northwest corner of St Clair and Cleveland Avenues. As a denizen of the Cities or in town as a tourist this is a MUST for you to enjoy and you also may return for your next thirty years. With my last visit was able to see actually how large their Chocolate production area is! Will visit again in two weeks when I will be out of their candies.

I've lived in St. Paul for over 20 years and I'm ashamed to say I just now discovered Regina's. Best, BEST english style toffee and caramels around, such a huge selection of everything you can dream of. What I really loved, though, was the interaction between the employees there. I met Cindy, who is a member of Regina's family as she was training a young man. She was kind and respectful as was he. I know it's something most people don't pay attention to when going into a shop, but the kindness that was shown defines who and what Regina's is. A sweet little shop that genuinely cares about their product and their people. If you haven't been yet, find a reason to treat yourself and please stop over and see them. I'll definitely be going back!

I went to the Regina‘s Candies St Clair Avenue in Saint Paul. I went into the store and pick up items I wanted to buy. They didn’t approve of my face shield and so they asked me if I would complete my order from curbside. I said yes and I left my credit card and went outside. When I was waiting for them to come out with my purchase she came to the passenger side of the vehicle where I had the back window down for my yellow lab. The woman literally threw the bag of candy on the floor in the backseat of my truck and flung my credit card to the front seat. She wasn’t kind and she didn’t say thank you or anything. I was shocked and stunned by her rudeness!! I said something to her that was not very Christian like. Today was the last day I will ever buy something from that company again!!! They are deserving of going out of business because they do not appreciate their customers.
