An amazing gym and fitness community. Athletes of all levels are welcome and every workout can be tailored to your abilities with the help of knowledgeable coaches.

I've had great experiences at this gym. It's large, spanning several levels in a hotel in downtown St. Paul. The 7th floor weight room is elite and offers plenty of space to social distance. They do require masks during the entire workout right now. It is typically very busy with people who work in the area, but has been less so due to individuals working from home. I've taken part in their Fusion classes (essentially CrossFit) in the past and the instructors know their stuff. It is expensive, but you get what you pay for. The amenities are far and wide, including a full 25 ft. pool, sauna, steam room, consistently clean locker rooms, and a bar! However, the bar is seldom used. Idk why. Additionally, the multilevel space seems like a swanky place to host a wedding or classy event.

When Covid-19 forced businesses to shut down , we (my husband and myself) assumed they would pause dues as we could not access their services. They did no such thing. They debited the membership fee in April. We made several attempts to contact them to refund the fees as they were not able to provide services. We received no response. May rolled around and again membership fees were debited. We again made several attempts to contact them and this time to cancel and refund April and May fees. Finally, we were contacted via email with one line stating the membership had been canceled. They made no mention of refunding our fees, so I asked again. No response. June arrives and our account is debited again! Oddly we still receive emails from them so I decided to take a chance and reply to it. They were better about responding this time and asked us if we wanted to pause or cancel the membership. I told them to cancel and refund the dues from all three months. They replied that it had been canceled and June dues were refunded. I was so frustrated that I emailed back asking why they were being so evasive about refunding the two months of dues when their services weren’t available. I still have not heard back from them! I’m so frustrated with their lack of transparency, lack of and slow response time, and awful customer service. If they lack the integrity and transparency to step up and serve their customers during a crisis, they clearly can’t be trusted to serve customers on even normal business matters.

Great gym, great staff. Not crowded. Great free weight and turf area. Only downside is parking
