I brought my son here for a covid test. I was shocked at how well organized it was and how safe we felt going through. You go through and everything is mapped out for you, you do everything through your phone so you literally don't have to talk to anyone, they do provide surgical masks to replace cloth ones, then you follow the path and the instructions on your phone. There are many people sanitizing everything behind you. Then you drop it in a bin and walk out a separate door. It was really easy and took about 20 min, walking and waiting time included. 24 hours later, a negative result made it even better.

The place was okay because of covid. It was very dead, but very clean! It provides a nice warm walk way or a place to get a covid test. I didnt get a test so I cannot speak on that experience, however.

I have seen this place since childhood and it's been remodel nicely, Great place to have really big events held here, like sports tournament, graduation ceremony, New Year celebration etc. Greatly recommend this place.

We went for covid testing and some of the turns and where to park were poorly labeled, but the testing portion itself was very large and the staff were constantly cleaning areas immediately after they were used before more people could test at them. They gave everyone a new mask to wear at the entrance so no one could wear their useless nylon bandana \face coverings\ which was a major plus. As we got closer to the testing area, signage improved, but I'd love to see more clear signs starting from the parking lot on Kellogg pointing at each turn.

The River Centre is a great place for conventions and exhibitions. It's a big city place so has concerns such as public transportation, parking and others of that nature, but it passes those tests. The largest issue for me is that the expansiveness of the Centre is somewhat of an issue for walking through. I otherwise rate it highly and I plan to be back.
