This is my favorite sushi place in the twin cities. The food is always good and always good portions. The staff is awesome. It gets crazy busy with all the events around the corner and can lead to longer waits. So plan ahead. Everything was great. I highly recommended this place. Must try.

We got takeout sushi and sashimi from here tonight. Overall, it was fine, but not great. The prices are definitely set for downtown, game night traffic. The Sashimi seemed skimpy for the price. Cuts were very inconsistent. Did not like a couple types of the fish, but we did go with chefs choice. Rolls Lawson-good texture, nice flavor, but didn't really match the description shown, no eel sauce present. Spicy tuna- decent, but not outstanding by any means. Not rolled the best, pretty loose, super large chunks of tuna though,. Miso soup was pretty tasty. We will probably go back sometime when we feel comfortable dining out, but don't think we will get takeout again.
I meet with friends this great spot many times a year! This is the best place to dine. I go there frequently. The cooking is excellent, the crew is friendly and the rates are decent. I enjoy eating in this spot for a decent meal.
We had a great Valentine’s Day dinner tonight! We had a couple sushi rolls – – the Garund roll was delicious! Highly recommend the Gyoza as well. The mezzanine was a cozy spot with the right ambiance. We will certainly return.
I had this order delivered to me through Postmates. Wait time was over an hour even when ordered later at night (around 6:25 PM CT). The food overall had some nice flavor, but for the price and portion size, I do not think it’s worth it. The assorted sushi was nice and refreshing. The sushi contained raw fish, keep that in mind. The ginger for the sashimi is pretty mild and not pungent. A little bit of the wasabi goes a long long way (just don’t try to eat the whole wasabi at one time or you’ll be coughing up a storm haha)! For the shrimp and vegetable tempura, the batter fried shrimp was tasty and crispy and the batter fried vegetables were interesting and fine, but probably could of done without the batter. The cooked salmon had a delicious grill flavor to it! The side broccoli was cold and had very little flavor. The side sauces were average and nothing special. Ultimately, from trying my first Bento Box, I expected much better and didn’t live up to what I’d imagine that item would be like. I’d probably look into getting a menu item that is more oriented to sushi/sashimi if I were to order here the next time. Altogether, it wasn’t a horrible meal for my 23rd Birthday dinner!
