I got introduced to Sandstrom when I needed some maintenance work done on a Windsor window I had put it with another installer. They were so good to work with that I pulled out their card and got them to quote my window replacement job 8 years later. So, they just got done with the replacement and I am VERY pleased with the products, quality of the install and their people. What a great team! Working with Ryan, Steve, Andrew, and to a person (whether I knew their name or not), they have been professional and personable always looking to make sure the customer is getting what they want and need. I wanted some wood windows in the main living area but was cautiously open to vinyl for the bedrooms. The Hayfield vinyl window recommendation they made was perfect! They look like white wood versus the old style vinyls. Beautiful! One major plus of working with Sandstrom in addition to what I said earlier is that when they come in, they take care of EVERYTHING! They move furniture, draperies and clean up afterwards. (Tip: Good thing to ask about when getting quotes.)The job was done in one day! Highly recommend this company and team. Thanks, again!!!

I highly Sandstrom Windows! Last summer they were very responsive in coming out to provide excellent guidance on several window replacements. Their estimate was lower than the competitors. Within a few weeks professionals were out to install the window glass replacements and they were very courteous about entering our home during a pandemic wearing protective masks. We will definitely use Sandstrom Windows again for our next job.
Excellent customer service, knowledgeable product sales and estimation, an experienced and efficient install crew and extremely important attention to detail combined for a very positive experience. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy window contractor.
