I was hung up on aftert toldb I was going to be transferred to case worker (my name wasn't even given yet). I called back and was put on hold then hung up on immediately.

Easy to find this location, signed appropriately as you can see by my pics and was really fast to get assistance in the morning, frendly staff lots of space and I don't know what the restroom looks like didn't have to use.
SSA isn’t on top of anything .
Since the covid-19. calling the social security office take too long, but when they answer the phone and start to communicate with them they hang up. They do that to me every time I call them. It is so hard to get hold with them because their employees are so unprofessional.
I went on a Wednesday when their hours are 9am-12pm. It wasn't very busy. It was very quiet. I was helped and out the door very shortly considering how complicated my case was. This was such a pleasant not \zoo like\ experience. It is featured in such a beautiful building and there is a heated parking ramp to park in. I definitely recommend this location. They do not do replacement cards and name changes.
