Fantastic dojo! High quality instructors and plenty of classes give great opportunity to learn throughout the week. Also a very supportive and engaged community. Whenever I'm there I feel everyone has my best interest in mind, and they want to see me grow and develop as much as I do! Very welcoming for beginners and plenty challenging for advanced practitioners. Highly recommended!

One of the best martial arts dojo in the Minneapolis and St. Paul area. Each member of the teaching staff is chief instructor quality. The instructors have a wide range of experience and teaching styles. The variety of instructors and availability of classes every morning and every weekday evening mean that there are classes perfect for everyone.
