I had a great experience with Window Concepts, starting with a great in-home demo from salesperson, Kory. I was able to take advantage of a great bundle discount, and purchased a new sliding patio door, replaced two single sliding windows, and replaced two sliding windows in the living room with a picture window and two sliders. I was very pleased with Alex and his installation crew -- they were professional and thorough, and did great cleanup afterward! I love how my new windows look and function! It's nice to not feel cold air leaking through my patio door seal anymore.

I am very happy with the new tub unit installed by Window Concepts! I was constrained to a standard tub footprint, but Window Concepts has a wonderful deep soaker that fits standard length. The tub-to-ceiling wall panels, and matching built-in shelves, give my bath/shower a very luxurious look. I love the height of the faucet knob - I don't have to lean down to control the water. My installer arrived each day at the agreed upon time, was VERY respectful of my home with drop cloths from entry door to the installation site and did a very nice job with the installation. I did have to do dust clean-up myself: surfaces as well as walls and into the adjoining bedroom, so be prepared for that (remove anything that you don't want to clean!), but otherwise it was all perfect. Window Concepts was able to make my small bathroom have a luxury retreat feel that I am enjoying every day!

We had 8 windows replaced 11 years ago with no problems and still are grateful today that we went with this company. Late last year we had two shower stalls replaced.. Really love the new ones. Were really impressed with the skills of the workmen also both times. I highly recommend them.

Love my new windows, they look fantastic! They are so much more energy efficient, they have a PVC frame which make them so effortless to open and close. I couldn’t be happier! So happy in fact, that I’m having them do the rest of my home. Thank you for your wonderful service, your installers were punctual, professional and did an excellent job!
