5 star all the way the service staff was wonderful and helped us get setup for dinner at the Rum Fish Grill it is one of the awesome experiences I have had in a beach front resort. It is nice being on St. Pete Beach because of the variety of places to visit and if plan to stay a good time there is no shortage of supplies to pickup.

Nice resort with cool amenities, but much of it is currently closed for covid, and those details were not disclosed ahead of time. They should adjust the resort fee to account for this. The room itself was mediocre. The shower was stained and the tub faucet was loose. No exhaust fan in the bathroom, and rusty metal lamp in the room. The beds were very comfortable. Friendly staff.

We’ve stayed up & down St Pete beach and we Loved our stay at the RumFish Beach Resort. Alyssa and Sade were super friendly and accommodating during our Check-In. To get your parking pass and resort wrist bands to enjoy the amenities you’ll have to sit for a few minutes at a vacation ownership desk that will invite you to an Open House during your stay. We politely declined since our stay was limited and it was off to our room. Since our visit was July during the pandemic you are asked to wear your mask indoors but once outside you can remove them to play. We saw staff cleaning at every corner! The property was spotless, the room was spotless! Yes, the ‘Resort Fees’ are annoying, but for the use of the Cabana all day, parking, and the toys we saw the value. Sure their are some up charges for add’l toys, but it’s up to you if you wish to enjoy them. We played at both properties and loved how convenient to everything the resort is. Park the car and Vacation! Be sure to enjoy the aquarium featured on ‘Tanked’ in the RumFish Restaurant. **Can you tell we’ll be back?**

It was a little less then okay. As soon as we got to the hotel we were told the pool was closed. As were where eating lunch at the pool side restaurant we seen why the pool was closed. It was a code brown in the pool. Still in the pool might I add. There was no rush on anyone’s part to remove or clean the pool. Gross! Also was told our room would be ready at 4 and it was not ready until 530. Once in the room the clean team came into the room to clean. I am confused.

It is a nice hotel resort. That being said and maybe because of all the covid stuff, I felt the service sucked! No one came to our room during our stay to replace towels, coffee, soap etc... the pool areas were clean, the restaurants served good food(a bit pricey). I stayed at a hotel on the beach a week before for half the price and twice the service within 2 miles of this place.

More shut down than I expected because of Covid. The sister resort down the beach had those same things open. Resort was average but great location

I’ll keep this short. Checked in on Monday and stayed through the following Sunday. Not one time was the room cleaned. NOT ONCE. AC was broke for a day. Called 3 times to get service. They stated every time that someone would be up in 20 minutes, never happen until the next day. You have to fight for the cabanas on a daily basis. Save your time and move past this place. Keep looking.
