AAA Appliance Sales, Repair, and Parts Service provided quick, professional service during a home purchase. A number of electrical repairs were required. (Jeremy and Justin in the Electrical area are excellent service providers.) They repaired two separate electrical issues and assisted with new appliance installation. Each appointment was scheduled efficiently by the appointment staff and the most important thing for me, was they came when they said they would. (The Big Box store installation company failed time after time?) I will always choose AAA Appliance (over the big box store) in the future as BBS have farmed out their installation to a third party company.

AAA scheduled a service technician on the same day I called. The technician, Bill, called to tell us he was on the way. He came in with a mask and gloves and put covers on his shoes. Bill was really pleasant to talk to and deal with. He gave us an exact price for parts and repair. We were really pleased with the service.
