I took my car in because the headliner was sagging. Dropped it off in the morning and had it back less than three hours later. It looks great, like it was a new car.

Quality of work was not the best, customer service was far worse. I had a small rip in the armrest of my door panel. The rip was fixed, however, the quality of the repair was not up to the standard I was expecting. It was obvious heat was used in the repair and you can easily see where the vinyl had been melted along the seams. I was told the work would be \acceptable to a dealer\ and it was permanent and nothing else could be done. At this point i was not overly upset, just disappointed in the results. Upon leaving, (and after paying in full) I was told by Karen the owner in a snarky tone, \You must not know very much about repairs\. She's right, i don't know much about upholstery repairs, if I did, i would of done the work myself. I do know, its not good business practice to insult your customers. Do yourself a favor and find another upholstery service. Photos attached, judge for yourself. Update 11/2/18 - A full refund was sent to me about 2 weeks after writing the original review. Changing from 1 star to 2 star as a result.

Called ahead, made an appointment, headliner replaced at a reasonable price. Lots of fabrics n colors to choose from.

I took my Tahoe in for some interior repairs. I had some 2x4's that damaged both sides of the rear passenger doors. One had a tear and the other side bubbled up. Carla did an AMAZING job making them look almost as if I just drove it off the showroom floor. She did a remarkable job!
