Cookies are generally pretty good, but customer service here is a joke. The employee serving us was on her phone the entire time talking to someone while we were telling her what we wanted. Very rude and disrespectful. Just showed they care very little about their customers.

Are the people working not allowed to talk to customers? Stood there for at LEAST 2 minutes with no other customers around. One worker was folding boxes and just stared at me. The other one was too busy talking on her cell phone. So, we walked away and they just smiled. Never spoke a single word to us. Terrible service and work ethic.
