STAY AWAY!!! John Nelson told me my case was a o brainer\. He said he would be surprised if my case made it to hearing. I went to hearing. John Nelson told me it went well. I lost. John Nelson told me he believed i would be successful in appeal. I was not. He will NOT give your case the attention it deserves. After more than 3 years of waiting. NOTHING.

When i went for my appeal my atty showed up 5 minutes prior to hearing. Had lots of time to watch others meet their atty, and it was apparent they had met several times. Had never met mine. Also whenever i called for any update allI heard was i would hear 1st. There was no effort on their end. Also after 2 years wait from initial filing Kassin and Carrow had not collected all information. Very inpersonal experience. Would recommend staying away.
Very disappointed with attorney John Nelson with Law offices Kassin & Carrow! Filed for disability in December 2015, thought he was doing a excellent job until I recieved a final decision of denial. After being told in 2015 that my case would be hard because of my age he calls me today to tell me he will no longer represent me! Obviously, he's only in it for the quick . Also, after my court hearing he spoke with the judge \off the record\ and when he came out to speak with me.. he stated I had nothing to worry about that I was simply waiting for a letter. He gave me false hope!! I do not recommend ANYONE to use their services.
Mr. Carrow did a great job on my sister's disability. Hard to figure out SS and disability and these guys made it easy. THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU !!
Terrible experience with this law firm. Took on my case quite a while ago. A couple of months before my hearing date they withdraw from my case. No legitimate reason other than they don't want to work on my case anymore, and some typical lawyer bs excuse. I would tell you run tge other way do not use this lawfirm. Find a reputable independent attorney that treats their clients like quality. This law firm is all about quantity of cases, will not fight for you.
