I'm not even a pool owner but use a pool pump for other purposes. I was flooded last week and needed to replace the pool pump we had been using for pumping water. When I walked in Mr. B said they were out of most stuff because the pool business has been booming. I explained my situation and he told me well a pump just came UPS a few minutes ago here you go... really nice people bigger better pump then I had and a few dollars cheaper. THANK YOU
I bought my pool here in mid-April, because they seemed to have good reviews. I’m extremely disappointed with their customer service - with the exception of Steve, who has really been helpful. Other than that, for my questions as a first-time pool owner, I’ve been directed to YouTube. I should have had them deliver everything right away, because I’ve had my pool for almost four weeks now and still don’t have a ladder to get in and out of it. I keep being told it will come “next week,” but next week never seems to get here. Steve found a set of steps for the inside of the pool, but there’s no ladder on the outside; I’m using my own stepladder to access the pool. Yesterday my pump stopped working. I called the store and they said I could “bring it up,” since I’ve only had it a few weeks. As if I have any idea how to unhook it from the pool. Oh, yeah, sure, let me get right on that. I guess I expected too much from a pool company, in that I thought they would deliver ALL the parts of the pool that I paid for, and that they would help me get it up and running. And that it would KEEP working. This whole experience has been a major pain in the @.
Dave the manager has always been very friendly and knowledgeable. Able to trouble shoot my pump problem. Always have the parts and chemicals I have needed in stock. Would recommend Mr. B's.
