Love Target, but had a difficult interaction during a pick-up for my first online order. I ordered two items in separate orders (added something I forgot). I go to pick them up (11/02/2020) and there is only one item. I assure him I ordered two, in separate orders. Without going back to check, I'm told it is probably out of stock and I would receive an email about a refund. I go into the store, find the \out of stock\ item and check out. Two days later, I get an email that I missed my pick-up window for the item, and they would be putting it back on the shelf. This is definitely my \first world problem\ for the day and it's not that big of a deal. But just pause for a moment and listen sometimes, folks...

Overall, I feel comfortable shopping here. The staff clean the self check out after every customer. Hand sanitizer is readily available. Excellent drive up service. Friendly employees and they usually have everything I need in stock.

Not pleased with how the staff treated me when I first walked in. I asked for a cart wipe because there were none by the carts. (I have an 8 month old that was sitting in the baby seat of the cart and it was still dirty) The male worker told me he would get one, then a female interrupted him, stating they were all out. Then I asked for some sort of rag with the disinfectant spray they had been using. The male worker told me he did not have anything to help the situation. For being a store that says they take pride in keeping it clean and keeping covid ‘out’ - they did not show that to me. And all I requested was something to wipe off the cart for my child.The highway K Target is a million times better. Will be only going to that location from now on.
