Agora came well recommended (other reviewers seem to confirm), but I cannot vouch for their work because my project did not get that far. I can say that their sales/accounts staff could use some coaching. At least 3 times since contacting Agora I was told I would be contacted, waited for days, then had to follow up. "I will get back to you by the end of the day" means you're going to get back to me by the end of the day (even if its to call and say you have no news for me). If my project does not fit your capabilities, no problem, that's what I called to find out - but its good form to appreciate that someone wants to give you business and provide a bit of service.
