While there are several Certified Xactimate Instructors out there, I reached out to Alfred when I was unsure if pursuing a certification was the best route to go for me, given my experience with the software. My choice was to make the investment in myself. Alfred is a phenomenal instructor. Not only does he know the software backwards and forwards, his teaching style is friendly, inclusive and confidence-building, so that when it came time to take the actual certification exam, I was thoroughly prepared for it and was able to pass it with flying colors. Run, don't walk to this instructor! He's a rare find.
