BEWARE! I took FF&L a beautiful vintage 1940s-era leather and suede jacket. It needed a simple cleaning and some touch-up paint on a few scuffs. The woman who checked it in warned me that the lining could be damaged or discolored by the cleaning process and that she couldn't guarantee getting the small stains out. I told her that was fine, as long as the coat was still wearable. I went to pick it up today and found a stiffened, cracked husk of a garment - completely ruined. They refunded my cleaning fee and said that was just the risk you take. I asked that they reimburse the 40 I had just paid for the jacket at an estate sale. The owner at first refused, saying basically that the jacket was worthless trash anyway and I should never have paid 40 for it. I attempted to let him know that this jacket was worth far more than 40 to many vintage enthusiasts, to which he admitted that it was "sexy" (in front of my three-year-old) and told me to take 20 and get out. Find another cleaner!!
Simple, if you read this review, and smart enough, then, don't go!!!!!!!!! People are nice, but, hey, the service is the worst I have ever seen.
