Very disappointed with this store when it came to customer service. I put an order in with Dan in sales and explained to him I needed the tile at the end of the week so that workers could get it down over the weekend. Friday afternoon was the agreed upon time frame for this, Dan said no problem. Friday afternoon came and no one showed up so I called Stone Mart to find out what was going on. Dan said he would look into it and call me back. No call after 45 minutes so I called back and got Ryan the manager. This is where things really went sideways and why I am writing this review. Manager quickly looked into it and said no delivery was coming on Friday and instead of apologizing for the screw up he explained how he had VIP clients that were waiting for product and had no idea why Dan said he would get me a delivery on Friday. He also wasn’t sure when the delivery would come, but thought it might be Tuesday. I asked that he call me back and let me know when the delivery would actually be coming and Ryan said he would have Dan do that. No call from the store. The company has three stores and delivery is consolidated so the next week I called the freight section and they confirmed the delivery for me. Seems Stone Mart in general is okay, but the St. Pete store has issues. This was a simple delivery issue that this store didn’t want to deal with. No idea what would happen if you had a more complicated problem.

The guys over here are amazing, the service is top notch. I visited just about every tile place in town looking for a specific tile. Several places had them but Stone-Mart was the only place that was able to get them to me in a day and the best part was that it was the cheapest of all the places that had the tile. Some other companies were going to charge me for the delivery to the store, these guys are the greatest!

By far the worst experience with this company, from how poor the customer service was amongst payment to being told our order would be sent to St Pete to later when we call to confirm that the order was there being told only half of the order was and the rest was in Tampa. Then we drive to Tampa to get our order to then be told oh your order is not here it IS at the St Pete location. Wow! Total waste of time and gas now at this point. Also the rep said that he called us and told us that the order was at in St Pete when he actually never did call us. Bunch of excuses and then later admitted he dropped the ball.. oh wait and then when we actually got our order, it wasn’t even the correct tile we ordered! I would never recommend this place to anyone and now we have to wait an obnoxious amount of time to get our payment back from this company. If I could leave 0 stars I would!
