I bought the maximist lite machine. And kept having silly problems with the gun. Whenever I called it was always the same guy who always called back in like 15 minutes. He is always really calm understand. No matter the silly thing I did he never made me feel stubid. And he is always there to help. He's gone out of his way to assist me. I wish I could remember his name. He highly recommends Tampa Bay tan and apart of the reason I love it so much. Thanks guys.
