We called this cab company and told them that our flight leaves at 12 and it takes two hours to get to the airport , and they came at 10 and took us to the cab place instead of the airport and then the cab person locks the keys inside the cab, so we have to wait for someone come and get the car unlocked. And we missed our flight. This is one of the worst cab companies. Do not use this Cab company.

Amazing customer service. Got me to my interview in a very timely manner. Very professional kind people. Still use them and they are still amazing. They get me to where I need to be on time and they are very friendly!!

Got late for work and forgotten about too many times because of this cab company. I call them at a decent time 35-40 min prior. Somedays it takes them about 40 minutes to an 1 hour for these people to show up, for a 7-15 minute ride. Example, if call the operator they will tell you a cab is at the gate or a few minutes away, then 20 minutes later they still haven’t showed up. And when I call them again and it’s a different story. Another thing the one of the female phone operators is disrespectful. I gave them chance, after chance, and the reason why I did that was cause I do not have a car, and some of the cab drivers are nice. But their service is so bad that it’s not worth it. You’re better off getting ready extra early and walking to work if you want to get there on time, then to wait on this cab company. After getting rides from them for months, I will not use their service again because of these bad experiences.

Just for your inform you it does not state that post cab is a 24 hour company. The hours of operation vary depending on the day. But they have set hours of operation. They were a 24 hour cab company before January 1st , 2020. If u want to know there new hours just contact them.

I love the workers but the dispatch never helps. I've at one point waited hours for the cab to show up just to call for them to say 'sorry, you're gonna have to call someone else.' I hate leaving bad reviews and this was a bit ago that the particular scenario happened, but it seems now literally every time I call for a cab they tell me to call someone else so from now on I'll call Yellow Cab. When I called THEM he said 'be there in 4 minutes' and showed up faster than that. And they were cheaper, which I understand isn't post cabs fault. But, for having to wait so long and being told consistently to go somewhere else, I'll save their time telling me to do so.
