Very good food and a relaxed atmosphere. Fun to sit and listen to music in the afternoon while enjoying a selection from the comprehensive wine list. An interesting supply of artisan meats, cheeses and unique groceries in addition to the expected and extensive olive oil and balsamic vinegar offerings.

Locally owned restaurant, shop, and community culinary space! I stopped here with my mom, and while we didn’t have the chance to enjoy one of their community events, we did sample a couple items from their menu and pick up a few different oils and vinegars from their shop. An all-around fantastic experience, with the nicest staff and chefs!!

Its a great neighborhood restaurant which I frequent quite often. The food is delicious and the service is very good as well. However I do not recommend dining on Saturday afternoons. There is entertainment which is so LOUD you can barely hear the person across the table from you let alone place your order. Yes, the volume of the music was lowered several times but several tables left because of this. One doesn't expect Saturday evening entertainment at noontime. Beware!

My husband and I were in St. Simon over this past weekend and we were so delighted to discover this quaint local restaurant, Golden Isles Olive Gourmet Market & Wine Bar. Boy, the staff is so friendly and makes one feel like at home having lunch or dinner with friends and family. And the owner is right there in the restaurant making sure the entire operation runs as smooth as possible. The food is delicious, you see the chef right there in the kitchen cooking your food. Right next door one can find the market that you can taste and buy the most exotic tasted of olive oil and vinaigrette that has hundreds of varieties to chose from. Please go and visit and have some extraordinary food and one of a kind experience one can have while on vacation. We will definitely be back- on the way out of the island coming home, we stopped and bought sandwiches for the road trip. Wow, they were good...
