Yesterday I went to Stadham to try out a few sewing machines. I can't say enough GREAT THINGS about these kind and knowledgeable people!!! Not only did I get try various machines and have absolute EXPERTS in the process, but what struck me so much is the customer service this Company gives!!! There was NO pressure to purchase anything, and it was their goal to make sure they understood what my needs were and how to best advise me about which machine would help me with my projects. Do you remember waaaaaaay back in time when businesses were happy to have your business, and they treated you like a CUSTOMER??? Well, I got exactly that yesterday when I visited this wonderful business. My husband accompanied me and had the opportunity to chat with several of the guys who work there. When we left he said \I feel like those guys were friends who just happened to have sewing machines.\ I couldn't agree more! Thanks to the fine people at Stadham Corporation for taking the time to educate me about walking foot machines, and for being so patient and eager to help. . . You are a Baltimore treasure!

I’m new to sewing and I bought a machine off Facebook marketplace a couple months back. When I finally pulled it out to use it I found that there were several things wrong. I brought it in to Stadham today and I was absolutely blown away by how charismatic and helpful Eddie was. He immediately took apart my machine and was able to point out several of the key issues. He got it up and running in no time! He also took the time to teach me basics on using the machine. I immediately took it home and got to work. Thank you again, I’ll be sure to return soon!

I purchased the Juki 8700 and I love it, the owners are very knowledgeable and kind. They took the time to show me how the work the machine before I purchased it and again when they delivered it to my home. Great shop I recommend anyone who plans to purchase any type of sewing equipment stop by there.

This review is long overdue. I bought a Singer 99 as a first machine from them a year and a half ago. The owner that helped me was extremely kind, informative, and helpful. They also have a mesmerizing antique sewing machine collection that is worth oogling over ( if they still have it in the shop. The location is a little out of the way for me but is totally worth the visit. Thank you Stadham

Excellent customer service, very helpful and friendly! I came here to upgrade my sewing machine to a Juki and these guys told me everything I needed to know about the machine. They even delivered my machine to me already assemble! I will come here for all of my sewing needs. Stadham Corp. has a new loyal customer!
