I use to live here and I just want to say that Katrina has always been sweet in the office and over the phone! Mr Grant is the MAN! He genuinely cares for everyone and is always hard working. I appreciate all he do! His heart is filled with gold!!

I’m not sure where all these negatives comments are coming from... Katrina and the maintenance team are wonderful! Anytime, I call them for any issues, they take care of it immediately. People that are being negative here, sound like they’re not paying their rent. Any establishment would kick you out, if you’re don’t pay your rent, simple!

Worst apartment complex ever. I’ve been living there since 2016. In 2019 I was told I was not able to renew my lease. When I spoke to the management to get questions I was told the system wouldn’t allow me to renew my lease. And that I needed to be out by May. All I could think of was where I was going to move in such short notice with 4 little children. I wasn’t convinced so I attempted to contact their corporate office. But there phone directory didn’t get me to the right person who could help me, they all went to voicemail. So I decided to leave a voicemail message on a random number in there corporate office. When she called me back she was very rude and would not listen to what I had to say. 15 minutes later I received a phone call from a management office from a different complex who a said to me there was no corporate person to deal with situations like this and they deal with situations like this and that if she wanted to she could evict me because I was late several times since 2017. I was so disgusted and felt belittled by the phone conversation. That I hung up. If your considering renting from this apartment complex please be aware. I’ve had to complain on my neighbor several times for dog poop being in my backyard since I’ve lived there. made numerous complaints to management but nothing’s been done my children cant even play in the backyard due to the dog poop people linger at night in the neighborhood people play loud music and nothing seems to be done but they’re worried about kicking people out who pay their rent but might be late from time to time. The only person who cares about the people and the neighbor is the maintenance man

Katrina the new property manager is awful! Very unprofessional, disrespectful and rude. She cares nothing about us residents at all. She finds reasons to add on things to your account, she opens and closes the office at her leisure and makes personal phone calls in front of residents about her private affairs. Save yourself the headache run from this place!!! Nothing ever gets fixed and they find reasons to enter your home every 3 months or so to check for cleanliness etc. she will go through your cabinets and closets and your personal belongings. I used to enjoy living here now it’s all about a “dollar”. Oh, she also added this new clause where if she files against you three times in a year she will NOT renew your lease.. it doesn’t matter if you’ve been living here for 5 years, three times being filed on and she will not renew! This property cares nothing about it’s residents don’t try and bother calling corporate too the other residents weren’t lying you will never reach them and you won’t get in contact with them. This place is a joke but the biggest joke is the property manager Katrina get her out of here!!!

All I can say is I’m very HAPPY that I’m leaving this place. To start 07/02/19 I called to let the property manager Katrina know my storage unit was tampered with and someone had forcefully opened it up as well as stolen my water hose. Katrina has utterly NO CARE about it, she said with a very sarcastic voice “well it wasn’t us we have our own water hose” what a compassionate property manager (being sarcastic) come to realize several other storage units on my street had theirs open. I’ve had no outside globe for the front of the house after filing a maintenance request 5 months ago, I’ve had several pipe issues in my unit causing water damage, my kids and I have had several health issues while staying here because the inside of the vents are molded, they had ONE maintenance man taking care of all the units so not everything would get properly fixed, Katrina stays adding “magical fees to your account, and oh let’s not forget how she does walk throughs around your home every 6 months with white gloves and a tablet to take pictures of the inside of your home. and the nerve of her trying to “use” her residents to gain “move ins” telling us if we have a friend move in and they pay their rent on time for 60 days we get 100 credit to our account. I WOULDN’T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!! save your self the headache! This place is a joke and reaching out to corporate is an even bigger joke! Nobody answers the phone at corporate nor do they return your calls. Living here is taking a gamble because if you need answers etc nobody’s there to help. Nobody cares about the residents at this property!! Thank you Katrina for making my stay miserable and thank you Artcraft management the corporate office for allowing this neglect of residents continue without being proactive. Because we constantly reach out to you guys but you make it a priority NOT to reach back to us.
