This was my second time to make funeral arrangement for a family member and it gets harder for me each time, mentally and emotionally. I spoke with Chad Leefers over the phone as soon as I got home from the hospital. He was very reassuring, he gave me some time to \collect myself\ before he set up an appointment to see him. When we met up with Chad, he presented to my daughter & I all the options that's offered by them with no pressure, and he patiently walked us through each & everyone. He worked with us from beginning up to the end & he was with us every step of the way. The visitation, service, and the reception were beautifully done seamlessly. I couldn't thank enough Chad and the staff of Earthman Southwest Funeral Home for an excellent service they have done on my husband's funeral.
