I visited the Middleton Model by Stanley Martin and fell in love with the spacious open concept plan. The neighborhood is so dog friendly with large dog parks and wooded trails. Everything is so well done. The neighborhood feels inviting with a strong sense of community.

This community is wonderful! They have every amenity that you can think of. It is well planned and great for families that like to be outdoors! The families that live in the community are very helpful and friendly! You get a real sense of community when you are there! It feels like a small town in the middle of Northern Virginia. The models are beautiful so make sure to go check them out! You won’t be disappointed!
I have fallen in love with this community thus far. It is Beautiful, Family-Oriented, they have a brand new shopping center in the works with a new grocery store that is VERY convenient, a very clean environment, and it has many different parks for the kids and pets! The best part is the bistro located for a quick coffee before work or to sit outside and enjoy the view! I am an active person so the Jeff Rouse Center across the street is very convenient as well. They have a HUGE soccer field that i go work out on, they have a gym, pool, and everything you need for a healthy lifestyle. In addition, they have community activities and events! I recently did both 5k runs hosted with Embrey Mills; they are very fun, friendly and make you feel at home. I am grateful for this community and highly satisfied with with the quality and professionalism they provide.
We've had wonderful experiences visiting the Embrey Mill by Newland community in Stafford VA. There is so much open space to explore, and so many user-friendly amenities/activities. As a dog-loving family, we are impressed by the large dog park/dog wash area, wooded trails, and waste stations throughout the community!
Great community, but the HOA is too expensive and the homes are way to close to each other. It does have great amenities and it’s well kept up.
