If I could give 0 stars, I would. My partner scheduled me a COVID-19 testing appointment 2 hours after I left work and I called PUC to see if I could get seen earlier. The lady I spoke to said yes, as long as I fill out the check in paperwork and call them when I get there, I should be seen earlier. I did that, I called and waited AN HOUR AND A HALF (25 minutes after my appointment time).I could have showered, ate dinner, done so many things in that 1.5 hours but I wasted it all in their parking lot, hoping they would call me in any minute. I understand I had a set appointment time and they are going to call the people who had appointments in first BUT don’t tell me I could be seen earlier if I just called upon arrival! Don’t get my wrong, the staff was super nice and professional, I just wish their communication could have been more consistent and truthful.

They were very busy but efficient, polite and professional from start to finish. The office was clean an smelled nice.Nurse Practitioner Ruhee was knowledgeable and listened to me I will be returning to this office. I highly recommend them!!

Went there for a sinus infection. They gave me the COVID test. I was surprised that the doctor only pressed on my face but did not check any other symptoms for the sinus infection. My regular doctor would have checked my throat ,nose and ears. This doctor did not even check my chest. She did tell me to let them know if I had any problems with my chest . Is this a normal exam due to the COVID ? The nurse wanted to give me the rapid COVID test instead of the other one. I told them I did not want the rabid one. I was given an antibiotic for a sinus infection. Was told they would call in 3 to 5 days only if the test was positive.

Had a confirmed 8:00AM appointment for a required Covid-19 PCR test for airline travel in 5 days. Arrived 7:28AM. Went to the Covid testing door and knocked repeatedly for 15 minutes. Departed to schedule an alternative testing site. Received a call at 10:38AM to reschedule. Was informed that they opened an hour late. NO APOLOGY. 2nd horrible experience at Primary and Urgent Care. Will NEVER return and will notify my referring family physician.
