Brought in diamond jewelry with tag still on it, one owner offer ones price way under price and then I left to think. Come back and the other brother offers 40.00. Dont sell to them, you can sell else were and get your money's worth. A diamond ring that i brought to another place and was offered 1000 was not worth 49 here. Wont return
I'm extremely happy with the vehicle and deal I got from simon says. I needed to purchase a vehicle as soon as possible. It was a quick process. I spoke with Mr. Simon about concerns I had. I have been dealing with Mike for 6-7 years, he is always fair and always willing to talk and work with you on deals. I recently did a great deal with him that worked out great for me. He is a business man, for people that do not understand what that means he has employees to pay, rent , scum bag insurance companies that make business that much harder , so of course he has to start low and work his way up on an offer to someone, that's business!!! To make it clear , always had totally fair and good dealings with Mike.
I have brought many items in for repair and always had a great out come. Never a issue. The owner is amazing and always try's to help you out when he is there. One staff member I noticed everytime we go in he is rude and never is in a happy mood. You ask him questions and he tells you he doesn't know and to go look for yourself. He never want's to get up out of his chair to help anyone. The female they just hired is rude! She said she is the boss and I could leave because I didn't want want to pay full price for a ring. I will never deal with her again. The other staff members are great and very helpful. Great store love finding new things everytime we go in.
