I visit this location few times when I don’t have access to my multi-function devices. This is the second time so far I had to wait at their printing section when there was literally not a single line, the manager was assisting a lady who came prior to me and I waited for 5-10 minutes for someone to greet me or answer my question. The staff was sitting on the computer for sometime when she realized I was waiting to be assisted. Long story short they have self service stations where couple of the machines are not in service and the ones that are in service they direct the customers to the self service section without guiding them how the functionality of the machine. It takes less than two minutes to demonstrate.This incident is from past Monday 10/26/2020. I would appreciate the management look into this and implement better service for the next time.

Good service but closed without notice. Returning office chair today - 6-6-2020. Shopped here June 6, 2020.
The employees all the way up to managers discriminate based around occupation and refuse service. They are rude to those they refuse and show absolutely no professionalism. This is unacceptable in the job field they are choosing to work as customer service representatives.
DOES NOT TAKE AMAZON RETURNS ANYMORE. This store is nice enough but always has empty shelves and seems sparsely stocked. One of the best things about this store was that they had a UPS store inside which would process Amazon returns, but went today and was told to go the UPS store in stafford (the one on Hope road). Super disappointed.
