Yup. Their reputation is well deserved. Been there 5 times in the past 4 months and the only time service was good was when they had someone from another Post Office come to help out. Today (9 Feb) was just bad enough I had to write a review. Worst post office I've been to.

15 December 10:15 - 1 clerk / people lined up all the way out the building in the snow. Took an hour to mail a package overseas. I’ll pay extra for fedex next time

Continuously late delivery by their mail trucks even before the holidays typical delivery time was after 6 pm. Packages are rarely delivered on the proposed delivery day. Service inside the store is average at best, some cashier's seem like they absolutely have better places to be and things to do than help you out.

Had package trouble and instead of going in, I gave them a quick call. Was able to find out that it was accidentally picked up by the wrong carrier and that I would be delivered today. Easy fix solved with a phone call!
