I own a home in Brookhaven Ga. I called Staircase Solutions because I was having my floors refinished and staircase. We removed the white baluster's and I wanted to update the staircase so I called them. I spoke to Kathy who was very nice and pleasant on the phone. I explained what i wanted to do and she recommended that I visit their showroom. After a month went by I was able to get by there. We were greeted by a very friendly staff. Kathy told us our options of which baluster's that were the newest out there. They have a great selection. I was going to put them in myself and they were very helpful with that as well but after receiving a great price for them to install I had them do it. The installed showed up on time and installed them perfect. We are enjoying our new baluster's that updated the staircase. I would highly recommended Staircase Solutions.
