This firm was top notch in the install (and servicing) of my parents Acorn stair chair lift in their Long Island apartment. My folks are in their mid 80s and the fear of them being taken advantage of is very real nowadays. When my parents needed a weekend service call on their stair lift, Stairlifts Pro were very accommodating, honest, and trustworthy. Their response was immediate and rates were extremely fair. As a service contractor, I give them my highest review and rating.

We have an old model chairlift that suddenly stopped working. My mother is undergoing cancer treatment and needs it to get up and down the stairs. I called and spoke to Nick. He was out here the next day, not only was he able to fix the chair, but he did it so reasonably for us. He also explained that being an older model, it was very outdated and not easily repairable. Needless to say it was not an easy fix at all, but Nick rigged the chair and it is working perfectly. We are very grateful for the wonderful, prompt and compassionate customer service. I highly recommend them if you have any problems with your lift! Thanks again!
Excellent service. Chair just stopped working while on the second floor. In less than an hour the rep was at my door ready to get us back in business! Hubby was very happy to not get stuck upstairs for days!
I highly recommend Stairlifts Pro. The service was excellent. We are very happy my father & I. I made a call needing an outside & inside stairlift for my brother that was coming home after had a leg amputated. I explained all our needs to Nick who explained in detail of the mechanisms of the chairs accessed & installed the chairs in two days. Those stairlift chairs are a blessing & a peaceful mind knowing my brother is able to enter the home & up the to his room safely. Again, Thank you Nick!
Highly recommend! Fast and easy installation. I needed this chair for my grandmother who has trouble getting around the house. This now leaves my mind at ease as she is able to maneuver around the the house on her own.
