My Father-in-law was in an urgent need of a stair-lift. We called the company on 12/23/19 and they came out the next day, Christmas Eve and did the installation. Nick was the technician that came out. He was very thorough, professional and took extra time to explain its operation. This is a family run business. We appreciated that they came out so quickly for us and did such a great job. I would highly recommend StairLifts Pro of Brooklyn, NY.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company and Nick!!! We were left stranded by \the big name\ original installer, who could not get a repairman to us for 5 days! Stairlift Pro/Nick literally saved us. You see the chair was stuck at the landing, but the REAL emergency was it blocked the front door from closing. So after a sleepless night with no help from the original installer, I took a chance and Googled for repair services. Immediately I came upon Stairlift Pro and called. Nick was there within 1 hour and fixed the issues with the chair lift! He was kind, courteous and very knowledgeable. Stairlift Pro is now on my permanent contact list!!
