On their page they say that there are open registrations but I have more than 9 months called almost every week and I took my phone number and my email to supposedly call me and they never do. I really don't think that works for everyone.

My daughter was there for almost two years, she had such a great experience before going into kindergarten. The staff there is wonderful, I never had to worry about her safety or if she was having a bad time. The teacher always had the time to talk to me during pick up. She was very helpful with what my daughter needed and recommendations. I was very happy with everyone there, would definitely recommend!

My experience started at the school on maple avenue. The receptionists were clueless as to what the registration process is & it was frustrating for me as a new resident of Connecticut to be given such high referrals to this place & when I arrive they have no idea & couldn’t get a hold of anyone to help me in their building. To top it off both ladies had a plate of food infront of them that you can smell as soon as you enter the building & they didn’t smile once at me!!! Their lack of profession & knowledge had me discouraged until I arrived to the building on palmers road. The secretaries here were very knowledgeable on the registration information & i was greeted with a smile from both upon my entry! They were able to help me understand how the payments are determined, what is included in my pricing and we’re able to tel me when school started etc. it got very busy as I was there, multiple people needed help & both ladies were very professional with everyone. I spoke with a lady name stefanie & she was very kind & knowledgeable as well. I have to say it was a huge turn around from my initial impression at the first school I went to!! Thank you ladies!

Administration is the worst. They never call back and you can never reach someone when you have a question or need to set up an appointment. Billing is short and rude at times. The classrooms are good. The teachers are the real stars of CLC They do the best they can with the tools provided. My son loved his teacher last year he still talks about her. They have fun activities for children and take them on great field trips. They dont have cameras unfortunately however if u Express ur concern of your child safety the teachers do work with you for reassurance that ur child is ok. Administration doesnt care. If your child comes here just know the admin office is horrible and a pain but the teachers and their aids are amazing!
