We've been using Potter's landscaping for over 10 years and have always been very satisfied with their service. Their lawn crews do a great job and James is always available to come out to discuss issues or ideas for landscaping. Their snow removal service is extremely reliable. I strongly recommend.

I have used James Potter for firewood for ten years and have found his service excellent. I use 1-2 cords of wood each winter; his team delivers at the date and time promised and stacks the wood beautifully in my garage. He includes kindling in each order, and the wood burns so well that my chimney cleaner is impressed at the end of each season at how clean my chimney is. I recommend James Potter wholeheartedly.

Would give less stars if i could!! On top of having a bunch of swapped wood, also had some guy kicking in my door and start barking at me that we are outside of his usual delivery area!!! Follows up by aggressivelly letting me know how he is just going to dump the pile and thats it. To really throw salt in the wound, he delivers barely a chords worth of wood. And more than half of the wood wont even burn because its so water soaked!!!! Not a big loss but lesson learned. Will never shop them again and recommend others elsewhere. Terrible customer service and product.
