I’m a fairly new customer, because of the virus restrictions haven’t been able to see the inside operation and facility yet, I am looking forward to that eventually. The staff is always friendly, courteous and prompt. I can tell you that my Beagle “Buddy” loves going there.

We have EXTENSIVE experience with Spot On. Boarding, grooming, out-patient procedures and regular checkups. They are, quite literally, SPOT ON, in every thing they do. From being greeted at the front desk to the play timecoordinators, our pups have been treated lovingly as if they were part of a family. We wouldnt go anywhere else.

Great place to bring your pet. Very friendly. Price not cheap but it worth it. It's very clean. Everything is new. They have great hotel for dogs and cats.

I highly recommend Janet at Spot On for puppy/dog training! She is so patient, knowledgeable and engaged in the process that she has developed. The Puppy Training Academy has had such a positive impact on our dog and we can already see a difference after 3 sessions (3 more to go). Janet is the best and the staff at Spot On is wonderful! It is clear that Janet has a true love of dogs and is passionate about the work she does. She has made a great connection with both our dog and us!

I have just recently gotten a puppy and may I say I was very nervous to take him just anywhere... I was recommended by Jennifer (from Spot On) to go to Spot On and I do not regret my decision doing so! Julian from Spot On was able to get me an appointment on the same day, that is awesome! Julian was so polite and friendly from the very beginning to the very end, that is the kind of service you will always remember! Dr.Larson was very professional, called me to walk me through everything and took her time to answer all my questions and concerns! I must say I felt very comfortable and satisfied with my experience at Spot On from the very beginning! Thank you so much for taking such great care of our Cody and giving him so much love! We even got a first visit picture of our Cody which is absolutely adorable!
