The office isn’t the best looking, but we really just needed a good pediatrician for our newborn so my husband and i took a chance. I have a lot of things that are deal breakers for me. They never answer the phone and the answering service isn’t the best either. It takes a while for anyone to call back if they call back at all on off-hours. As a new mother, having a doctor on-call is really important to me, and I assumed that when they state we will get a call back in 30 minutes, i wouldn’t have to call back at least 3 times to get ahold of anyone. I can deal with the rudeness of the front desk employees but not having a doctor when I need them is a deal breaker. Not to mention that the nurses can be a little rough with my baby when administering vaccines.

Love my sons pediatrician, Alicia Salas. Best personality and wonderful person. She has answer all my questions and concerns about my newborn. Has given me the right referrals if I needed additional information. I’ll bring all my kids here.

This was such a convenience for me but this experience was the worst ever. I really wanted my kids seeing the same pediatrician but Dr. Romney always seems to be unavailable. I came in today with my newborn and a sick child and got so fed up that I left. I sat and waited for 3 and a half hours only to be told that there are other people that have to be seen. Well pardon me, my sick child and my newborn. We will go elsewhere. Never mind that I called their on call service just the night before explaining that my son's fever was at 104 and had a newborn. The attitudes here are beyond repulsive. I am completely done. There are plenty of great pediatricians in Stamford that all 3 of my children can see. I'm pretty sure at least one of them will have better client service than this place does.

We love Dr. Gotz. I always feel heard and very confident in the advice she gives me. She is exceptional with my daughter, making her feel comfortable to come to doctors appointments - very important. I would recommend Stamford Pediatrics any day!

This was the practice that took care of me throughout my childhood and there was no question that this would be the practice that cared for my children. We have been extremely happy with all the doctors, nurses and staff. The recent renovation of the space is very nice. We aren’t often kept waiting for our appointment, but things happen. They were a little late to bring my daughter in at her most recent appointment. The staff could not have been more apologetic and accommodating.
