Greg was organized and kind when he came to map out our new septic system. I was very impressed with Greg's professionalism and knowlege. It was easy to communicate with John over email, and he was responsive to both my emails and calls. I had the plans for my new system in a little less than two weeks. I would recommend them to others looking to install a new septic system.

When I was told that our home needed an entirely new septic system I was totally baffled as to where to begin. Since the house was under contract and \time was of the essence\ my realtor suggested that I contact John Dupras as he considered him extremely reputable and typically had an impressive turnaround time. John responded immediately to my call, gave me detailed but understandable information about what needed to be done, kept me posted on his progress and overall produced amazingly detailed plans which were submitted for state approval and passed in less time than he originally estimated. He is a consummate professional and I highly recommend him and the support staff of Trinity Engineering.

I've been a real estate broker in Southern Vermont for thirty plus years, I recently called John for one of my out-of-state sellers that had a failed septic system. John worked quickly to get the property onto his calendar and immediately sent all the necessary paperwork to the seller. John is, a fantastic communicator, he always returns phone calls and emails. Within weeks we had a state approved septic design for a replacement system and the property successfully closed!! Trinity Engineering is on the top of my list, thank you John!!
