I have been a homeowner for 25 years plus and have hired several companies for windows. Windows By Toll is outstanding by comparison. Their prices are reasonable, the care they took in the planning, and pristine install was outstanding. I would highly recommend using Windows By Toll in a heartbeat. I also have recommended this business to family and friends. The personalized and professional service cannot be beat.

The whole Toll Team from initial contact through to installation was extremely professional and helpful. we were dealing with a very difficult co-op board was very challenging. We had to match 15 year old windows the rest of the co-op building had. While the information given to us for the type, color & style of the windows we had to match which was from a company the co-op had used. They didn’t realize that business shut down 6 years ago.Toll worked with us to find just the right window which looked like the other windows but were in deed a much better quality and they did a better installation that was done compared to those in the rest of the co-op. All this with a very fair price. There is a lot to be said for dealing with a privately owned company like Windows by Toll.
Erik was great to work with. He was very easy to reach and communicate with if we had any questions. He helped us found options that worked with our budget and recommended products based on our needs. His crew was very professional, extremely clean, and treated our home with the utmost respect. They worked quickly and efficiently and answered all of our questions. We are very satisfied with the products and the install and look forward to using them again. Would recommend to all our neighbors!
Windows By Toll performed very professional work at my house. The work was done in a timely fashion, the workers respected my house, were careful to cover the floor while they came in and out. They were very polite and were very neat. Any imperfections in materials were promptly addressed. I highly recommend this company.
I interviewed several window companies before hiring Windows by Toll. The other contractors either thought they'd be my new best friend by engaging me in non-window related conversations or were rude and insulting. Erik Kallesten was the only contractor who was totally professional and respectful. He also wore the most protective mask. The windows were ready around the time he predicted. The crew that installed them were amazing. Not only was their work impeccable, they were polite, respectful of my home and me. When they left each day, they cleaned so well there was nothing left for me to do but be pleased. There were a few unexpected issues that both the crew, Erik and Rob resolved immediately. My home looks even better than I'd imagined when I first decided to install new windows. I recommend them without hesitation.
