Poor customer service. I entered into the store and I saw 4 people at the register talking. Two were behind the register and two were on the sales floor. I walked around the whole entire store looking at different tubs and sinks. I even opened up a catalog and looked through that book looking for ideas and still no one greeted me. I assumed that the two ladies behind the counter were talking to customers so I patiently waited; even though, I had now been there for 7 minutes and no one spoke or acknowledge that a new consumer was in the building. Come to find out, the 4 ladies were employees of the business and I was not important enough for them to stop their personal conversation and give me service. I went up to the counter and ask for service and that’s when I found out that they were all employees. After I saw that, I decided to leave the store because I was humiliated and as I was walking out the door, one lady at the register stated that she thought I was “just browsing”. Even a person browsing should be identified and asked if they need help when in the store. The ladies level of customer service has made me very uncomfortable to never visit the establishment again. Here it is, 2021 and still everyone can not be treated equally.

I have never heard of this sore before but by chance found it online and decided to give it a try entering the store I was amazed at the amount of products they had and everything was reasonably priced I went for a pair of work gloves and called prior to see if they had them and Ron was a huge help. Thank you for such a great first experience. I highly recommend and will be returning in the future.
