Jeff helped me diagnose my fountain problem over the phone and that solved my issue in about 10 minutes. He didn't charge anything. He didn't want to make a trip the might not be necessary. Who does that anymore??? Great service from a great guy who is totally customer oriented. I highly recommend this service should you have a fountain problem.

Jeff saved the day! I have a fountain in my back yard that was not performing well and I suspected it needed a good cleaning. I researched and he was the most responsive, most reasonably priced, and beyond helpful. He was at my house in under 24 hours and not only confirmed this was the problem and corrected it but showed myself and my daughter how to clean this in the future to avoid needing frequent maintenance.
