the float tank was amazing. i physically and mentally feel great after a 70 minute session. It was very clean, and the room was beautiful. Joe was kind and helpful. if you haven’t tried it, i highly recommend it. i’m looking forward to returning for sunday morning meditation and yoga classes!

Wonderful yoga instructor, they have free meditation Sunday morning as well.
