Naomi and the GM were awesome and made my car buying experience painless, even pleasant. I live in Anchorage and was in the market for an Eco diesel. Checked for a truck in Soldotna, saw a potential truck, and contacted them. Naomi was as helpful as she could be over the phone and even offered to drive the truck up to Anchorage since I wanted to look at the truck on Sunday, which they are closed on. We were not able to meet up at that time. I tried to buy a truck in town, had a sub par experience, did not buy a truck, and found myself stopping by "just to check out the truck" at Stanley Chrysler after dipnetting one Sunday. Naomi just happened to be dropping a truck off, recognized me and my truck from our conversation, and asked if I wanted to take a look at the truck (on her day off). The GM happened to be in so they appraised my trade in while I was there. They offered me almost 3x the amount the Anchorage dealer offered for my trade. Ended up buying the new truck that day. I appreciate the respectful and helpful, yet not super pushy, manner in which I was treated and taken care of. I literally showed up covered in fish blood, probably smelling about as great, and was taken seriously and treated well. I would recommend these guys to anyone and will be dealing with them in the future.
They did awesome to get us into a vehicle! But the service is very undesirable. They couldn't even remember the codes on the vehicle. And seemed unconcerned about the whole deal. And the cleaning shop crew needs taught or fired!
Horrible - do not buy a car from them. I bought a Certified Pre-owned Jeep Liberty from them. Bought the Triple Protection (which was not done very well) and Extended Warranty. I figured if something did go wrong, I would be able to get it fixed locally, and that they would go the extra mile since I bought it from them...WRONG. Stuff started going wrong with my engine in October 2015. I have had it in 5 times since then and still is not fixed. The extended warranty should have a one-time 250 deductible and then 50 each repair after that. Somehow I have spent around a 1,000 between all 5 visits and it still has the same problem. I called and made an apt with the store manager on my lunch hour - it took me 15-20 minutes waiting before I even got in to see him, and then he took a call on his cell phone in the middle of our meeting and talked to someone for 5 minutes. He did not say "excuse me" or "I have to take this call". In fact, since I was there for the entire conversation, I could tell it was not an important call. I just called again yesterday and was told it would be a full month before they could get my car back in. Called the manager again and he said he would try to get me in earlier and would give me a call back. Its the end of the next day and I have still not heard from him. I think I am going to have to take it to Anchorage to have it fixed as the extended warranty only works at a Chrysler dealership. I wish I would have just bought my car in Anchorage to begin with - I won't make the mistake again. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY.
