Very poorly set up. Nothing is set up for a driver. The ladder rack is placed in the exit lane and takes maneuvering to get at. It is a mobile style set up, very flimsy and blows in the wind very easily. It is very unsafe, cant wait until winter for the snow, ice and wind. I'm sure someone will fall and everyone will pretend they cant imagine how it happened. Only then will they committ funds to safety features. Then of course there is loading off of the rail car, every single time I come here, split load, partial load then move my truck so they can move the loader, then move my truck again, then finish the load. Best of all, you drive 1.5 miles on a tore up dirt trail out back to \the loop\ where sometimes no one is there for 15-30 min. Sometimes there are not even any rail cars to load from, so you wait for them to move rail cars to load you, all while there are 5 other tracks full of rail cars right up front that no one can use, except EOG, the owner of the facility, not for customers, customers go out back and plan to be here an hour an a half to 2 hours. It eats your time. No good. All of the staff here are professional and very cool.
