Very disappointing to have a 5 minute magnet replacement cost 370.52 especially after we caught the technician sitting in his van doing nothing for 25 minutes. Smacks of someone burning off time so that they can charge more for a service repair visit. What is more pathetic is we contacted Stanley Security they \could not talk but would have a supervisor call us right back\- and a week plus later we are still waiting. If you are thinking about engaging Stanley Security-be aware!
